You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for example, photos or text for custom designs) if you contact me directly.

2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, settle disputes, or provide customer support

when you have given your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for a mailing list outside of Etsy

if necessary to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or in connection with a legal claim (such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law)

Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Production partners (Print‑on‑Demand): I work with trusted production partners (for example, Printify and their fulfilment providers) to print and ship physical items to you; I share only the information they need to produce and deliver your order (such as your name, shipping address, and order details).

Shipping and delivery services: I share your name, address, and contact information with shipping carriers solely to deliver your order.

Service providers: I may engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions or provide services to my shop (such as bookkeeping, cloud storage, or analytics), and I will share your information with these third parties only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Business transfers: If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Compliance with laws: I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good‑faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: respond to legal process or government requests; enforce my agreements, terms, and policies; prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others.

8. Use of Buyer Information for Marketing
I do not use Etsy order information to send you unsolicited marketing messages outside of the Etsy platform.

If I ever offer an email list or off‑Etsy marketing, I will only add you with your explicit consent and you can opt out at any time.

9. Digital Products and Personalised Content
For digital downloads, I receive your information from Etsy to deliver your files and provide customer support, and I do not need any additional personal data beyond what Etsy provides unless you choose to share it (for example, for a custom digital design).

For personalised designs (including those created with the assistance of AI tools), I use your information only to create and deliver the customised product and any reference photos or text you provide are not reused for other customers without your consent.
